5. PRICING & BILLING

By placing an order, you confirm that:

6. ORDER PROCESSING & FULFILLMENT
Once an order is placed:
• Orders cannot be modified or canceled unless still in processing
• Fulfillment time may vary depending on product type and demand
Limited items, pre-orders, and drops may require extended processing times.
We reserve the right to extend fulfillment periods during high-traffic launches.

7. TRANSFERENCE OF OWNERSHIP & LIABILITY
Ownership and responsibility transfer to you the moment the package is handed to the shipping carrier.
This includes:
• USPS
• UPS
• FedEx
• DHL
• International carriers
After carrier acceptance, we are not responsible for:
• Lost packages
• Delayed packages
• Stolen packages
• Incorrect delivery due to customer-provided address
• Carrier errors or force majeure events
We will assist you in filing a claim but cannot issue replacements for issues controlled by the carrier.

8. DELIVERY, TRACKING & ADDRESS ERRORS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If a package is returned due to:
• Incorrect address
• Missing apartment/unit number
• Customer refusal
• Unclaimed at carrier location
→ Customer must pay reshipping fees.
Tracking numbers are provided when available.
Once tracking shows Delivered, the order is considered fully fulfilled.

9. INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING, DUTIES & CUSTOMS
For international customers:
You are responsible for:
• Customs fees
• VAT taxes
• Duties
• Import restrictions
Delays caused by customs are outside our control.
Unpaid customs that result in returned packages require reshipping fees.

11. RETURNS, EXCHANGES & REFUNDS
Due to the nature of limited-edition merchandise:
All sales are final.
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless:
• The item arrived damaged
• The wrong item was received
Claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with:
• Photos
• Order number
• Packaging details
We reserve the right to accept or deny claims based on evidence.
