1. All Sales Are Final

Due to made-to-order fulfillment and limited-edition merchandise, ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations.

2. Exceptions (Damaged / Wrong Item Only)

You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Photos of the item

  • Photos of packaging

  • Order number

We only replace items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect.

3. Lost or Stolen Packages

We do not issue refunds or replacements for packages marked Delivered.

Customers must contact the carrier directly.

4. Address Errors

Orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address are non-refundable.

Reshipping fees apply.

5. International Orders

Customers are responsible for customs fees and duties.

Returns due to unpaid customs are final; reshipping fees apply.
