Shipping policy
1. Fulfillment & Shipping Process
All orders are processed and fulfilled through certified third-party fulfillment centers. These partners handle production, packaging, and shipping.
2. Processing Times

Apparel: 2–7 business days

Accessories & cases: 2–5 business days

Embroidered items: 4–10 business days

High-volume periods: extended processing may occur
Order modifications/cancellations may not be possible once processing has begun.
3. Shipping Times

USA: 3–7 business days

Puerto Rico: 5–10 business days

Canada: 5–12 business days

International: 7–21 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carriers or customs.
4. Tracking Information
Tracking numbers are provided once orders ship. Tracking may take up to 48 hours to update.
5. Address Accuracy
Customers must provide a complete and accurate address.
Returns due to address errors require reshipping fees.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
6. Delivery Confirmation
Once a package is marked Delivered by the carrier, the order is considered fulfilled.
We are not responsible for stolen or misplaced packages.
7. Lost or Delayed Packages
We assist with carrier claims for packages lost in transit.
A package is considered lost only after:

30 days (US) / 45 days (International) without tracking updates.
8. International Orders
Customers are responsible for customs fees, VAT, duties, and import regulations.
Returns due to unpaid customs require reshipping fees.
9. Split Shipments
Orders may ship separately depending on availability and fulfillment center location.
10. Failed Deliveries
Packages returned due to refusal, incorrect address, or unclaimed pickup require reshipping fees.
